Is it the honey badger?
Robert Alford?
Are there some other big cornerbacks who can move with Percy Harvin, Victor Cruz or Danny Amendola who was formerly a St. Louis Ram?

B.W. Webb
He's a small school guy and not the best slot CB right now... but he has amazing quickness and tons of upside. Should be great value too as a late 2nd, early 3rd round pick.
Past Dee Milliner, there aren't many big CBs that can really move with quick WRs like the guys you mention. You kind of have to compromise and go with a smaller guy.
Did I mention Webb has a 40" vertical??? Helps make up for the lack of height

I really would not count Milliner as the best cover corner, Alabama had a great defense and I think that helped a lot.. Milliner had an average game against Texas A&M when their front seven could not handle Johnny Football..
Xavier Rhodes to me is average, so he actually falls under my OVERRATED player in the draft. I think he benefited from being faster than most WRs he faced in ACC.
The best corner I saw in college last year (in this draft) was Jordan Poyer of Oregon State.
