Who is DE/OLB Tristan Okpalaugo?

He's the Fresno state edge rusher, former walk-on, with freakish measurements. 6-5, 245 with a 36 5/8 inch arm length -- for perspective, Aldon Smith is 6-4 with 35 3/8 arms.. He's run between a 4.65 and a 4.9 in the 40-yard dash. He's made some flashy plays, but didn't get a combine invite, a Shrine Game Invite, or a Senior Bowl invite...but he did go to the Casino Del Sol All-star game. Here are a few highlights of his, including his pick-six against Tulsa. There's also a clip of him going airborne over a chop-block to sack the Idaho Quarterback.

I think he can be a 'project' that we draft late - with his frame he can easily put on 20 pounds.

That said, in the 6th or 7th or as a UDFA, why not. Takes a while for it to click for some guys.

4 sacks was his junior year, he actually only had 3 sacks this past year...but he did have his best game of the year (9 TKL, 4 TFL) against the top competition (Oregon), so that is somewhat encouraging. Worth a late-round flier, though I doubt we keep all our picks in the first place.

Dude's a great physical specimen and nothing else, if they need an absolutely athletic ball-boy or a freak peanut vendor, he'd be a good guy to call.
