I think he is an early-mid second round pick.
Love me some phillip thomas. Has potential to be the best FS in this draft IMO.

I coach high school football and we sent a player named Dalen Jones. He's a Saftey as well. Thomas took Dalen under his wing and when we went down to visit Dalen and saw him (Phillip) practice and play, he was playing at a different level. Closing speed, finding the ball, run support.....
