if Keenan Allen falls in the 20s i would say trade the 1st and one of the 3rd round picks to the bengals for their 1st to draft Keenan Allen. Then trade Alex Smith to Cleveland for their 2nd round pick and draft either Jesse Williams or Margus Hunt with that selection. That will still leave the Niners with their own 2nd round pick and two 3rds one being a compensatory pick.
