Maiocco says that he thinks we will get a 3rd rd comp pick and two 7th rd picks (total of three comp picks).
Who did we lose that qualifies for a 3rd?

I think either Snyder or Morgan, not sure which. I know one of them is cancelled out by the signing of Manningham.

I think the 3rd will be from Snyder, if we do get a 3rd. Morgan might get us a 7th to based on contract terms. And a 7th for Costanzo.

some of these will hopefully turn into some 2014 picks.

A 3rd rd pick seems like a darn good deal for Snyder! We'll be lucky if that's the case.

But because of comp picks you can trade 1 or both of the other 3rd rounders.
