Tavon Austin (WV) and Cordarrelle Patterson (Ten) are among the better receivers in this draft.
But they are explosive players who bring more to the game than just receiving.

Look at the numbers and just imagine what mismatches Harbaugh and Roman could create with these players.

He is the second leading rusher for West Virginia with 49 carries for 521 yards and 2 scores. He averages 10.63 yards a carry.

Austin has 15 punt returns for 165 yards and 1 score—an average of 11 yards per return
He has 28 kickoff returns for 738 yards and 1 score--an average 26.36 yards per return.

For the year, he has had 97 touches for 2,580 yards and 15 scores. That is an average 13.1 yards per touch.

Patterson

Patterson (6-3 205) has 46 receptions for 778 yards, an average of 16.91, and 5 scores.

Patterson is the third leading rusher for Tennessee with 25 carries for 308 yards and 3 scores. He averages 12.32 yards a carry.

Patterson would be a good pick up to use on specials teams returns.
