I think Owusu wins a spot and takes Kyle Williams place as the 6th WR, special teamer (gunner because of his size/speed) and Ginn's KR backup. They might even give him work at PR behind Ginn and Perrish Cox (if he makes the team).

Practice Squad possibilities: Cameron Bell, Matt Masifilo, Kourtnei Brown, Garrett Celek, Jewel Hampton, Kevin Murphy and Deante' Purvis.
