do the niners make their picks too soon

im not sure why they send their card in so quick...why not wait and see if any trade offers come in that are too good to pass up?

Did they even show the clock this year... how much time was left? Still doesn't matter if Jenkins was there guy and they had talked with Viking who probably offered a 4th (held pick 35) when they knew the Rams would take him at 33.

They wanted their guy.

They got their guy.

Trust the front office.
If you like the player you pick him...
Like Walsh said after the draft you never care what round the player was drafted in.

Baalke said that the Vikings were going to take Jenkins themselves.

Think you were confused? Harbaugh said they asked the Vikings who they were going to pick when they called us to trade up. They then knew we would have our guy at 30.

If you have your guy why wait? They knew that Jenkins was their pick, the guy they wanted all along so they picked him.

It would be different if they had multiple options or their guy was gone than it makes sense to wait and see.

You should provide a source to substantiate this claim.
He who hesitaes is LOST!

Baalke is the MAN. Great move. Just like last year - the talking heads like Todd McS--T, when Baalke picked Aldon. They said it was TOO SOON. It turned out damn good for us.

Nuff said on this topic.

You'd think drafting good players throughout the draft every year would be good enough....

Now Baalke has to draft, trade up or down, and take 9:59 minutes to make his pick. I think some of us want a show more than we want our team to be good.
