Cleveland Browns trade back for a moderate sum of undisclosed picks with San Francisco, Browns trade back up into the 20s, draft Fleener, and the 49ers draft Justin Blackmon #4 overall.
Might not be Baalke's style, but he is ballsy, and I wouldn't count out such a bold move for franchise barely 2 key offensive players away from a SB.

lackmon has most upside and he is extremely physically talented but doesnt have elite hands size or speed ( great jumping ability though)
