Rest of 49ers picks

2nd round - Trumaine Johnson, CB (Montana)
3rd round - Marvin Jones, WR (California)
4th round - Brandon Brooks, OG (Miami-OH)
5th round - Jacquies Smith, OLB/DE (Missouri)
6th round - George Bryan, TE (North Carolina State)
7th round - Christian Thompson, FS (South Carolina State)
Would have taken Fleener rd 1, but really, this is very good overall.

Would be a happy camper.
If we got Wright on the first round I wouldnt take Jones in round 3. I would want to draft a DE to give the team depth at that spot. We have very little there behind McDonald and Smith. Overall.. not bad Rabbit
Would rather NOT draft Fleener but overall nice draft

V, good work. Just a quick question, in your opinion, why do think the Rams would target Hill over Wright?
I would think Wright would be the perfect WR for Bradford, since he'd be a good yards after the catch WR for them.

Also, I've seen Thompson going anywhere from 5-7th round. But after a strong combine, I doubt he'll be there in the 7th. But if he's there in the 7th, we would definitely have to take him.

Amendola/Gibson/Salas are all similar to Wright

I think they go after a bigger guy to establish an outside presence, Alexander isn't cutting it and even if Pettis does break out he needs someone opposite of him, and I think Hill is the guy

Edit: Rams could also stay put and draft Gilmore

Yes, Wright, sorry. Even if we disregard Wright's lack of straightaway speed. He's short with short arms. Using McCloughan and Baalke's drafting philosophy of drafting "Bigger, stronger, faster" , I would look elsewhere
best mock ever

I'd rather take Randle if Hill is gone.

They traded their 33rd overall + 5th & 6th round picks for the #29. I think.
