I'd like it if we resigned Ginn. We need Ginn. See the NFC Championship game.

I like the way you think.. throw in Utah State RB Robert Turbin in the 3rd or 4th and I'm sold!

Good post - Thanks.
I feel our two "A" Priority needs are: 1). Receivers who can get seperation which includes WR & TE
2). RG
We can have the best receivers in the NFL but if the line can't pass protect, it won't matter. These 2 priorities are linked together.
I like how you address that. Hopefully we will w/FA & Draft. I'm a BIG believer in powerful Olines & Dlines a a key success factor.
I really like Turbin and have seen him as low as a 5th and as high as a top 3rd. Total crap shoot.
Agree Manning is a BIG NEVER! Besides, with all the praise JH has given Alex and the improvement he's made - if they got Manning JH's "word" will lose all credibility with the team.

Because the saints provide the Niners with a few different options. So I wanted to show the process - take a look at Nicks if he's available because O-Line is the most important part of any offense and he's terrific. If he's franchised then Colston is available and we need a top WR so you look at him. But realistically (and that's the key word) the team won't splash for any free agent, so the final lineup doesn't include them.

I like Turbin a lot but I'd probably avoid a rd 3 RB. if he's still there in rd 4, or if they could move up a bit in rd 4 to grab him, that would be ok with me.

Looks good but the elephant in the room is Gore, we gotta talk about it, how can a run based team enter next season with Gore as the starter? I think frank has to move back a few notches, and Hunter is not a starter, who will be a good mid to late round back? Someone who can split time, assuming Dixon is gone, and Hunter is third down back, Miller is the short yardage back, and Gore is going to get maybe 10 touches we need second back to get 10 touches. He will need to be a explosive one cut back who can catch.
