Surprised it wasn't listed on there but I believe Boise States pro-day is March 22nd.

The star of the day was the guy I graded the best player...and not very close..of the East-West Shrine game, Brandon Brooks of Miami (OH). If you have taped the game, please take a look.
Brooks, who I grade as the third best offensive guard in the draft, and with a high second round grade, ran a 4.98, at....6'5", 346 pounds. His 10 yard split was a 1.71. Even better, he then clocks a 4.52 short shuttle, which was better than every single lineman at the combine (DeCastro ran the fastest shuttle at 4.56. To add perspective, Whitney Mercilus, considered by many to be a first round prospect, ran a 4.53 short shuttle). He then threw the bar up 36 times.
As stated before the combine, those in charge of selecting the players at the combine need to have their heads checked. How this guy was not invited is a joke, plain and simple.
I still can't believe he wasn't invited considering he's a top 5 guard in this draft.

While players like Alfred Morris (RB, Fla. Atlantic) and Jonas Gray (RB, Notre Dame) were there. Ridiculous.

Lack of Strength may still keep him from being drafted, or limit him to being a 7th rounder.
Schuylar Oordt had similar numbers last year at the NFL Combine and went undrafted.
Weigh-in: 6-5 261
Forty: 4.63
Vertical: 36"
Broad Jump: 9'11"
Shuttle: 4.25
3-Cone: 6.83
Bench: 18 reps

Part of it is probably because Cincy was the only team having their pro-day, but as I expected there is quite the buzz about my RB Pead.
28 of 32 teams were present at Cincy's pro-day.
I have a feeling SF was on of the 28 present.
My draft crush continues to grow

Stephen Hill's Pro Day is tomorrow.

Three players to watch for today:
TE Orson Charles, Georgia - Will he run? And if so, how well?
OT Matt McCants, UAB - Will he lift again? The reps number at the combine was VERY poor for a potential NFL OT.
FS Janzen Jackson, McNeese State - Also had very poor strength numbers and did not run very well.

Charles reportedly runs poor at Pro Day: http://www.ajc.com/sports/atlanta-falcons/charles-has-tough-time-1373627.html
http://aol.sportingnews.com/nfl/story/2012-03-05/nfl-draft-2012-georgia-pro-day-cordy-glenn-brandon-boykin
4.75 With the wind, 4.90 against it. One scout had him 4.71 with wind, 4.93 against it.. So...
About a 4.82 average.

So the 2nd round he goes. Maybe we're overrating the top TEs in the draft lol.
I think when it's all said and done, Fleener will be the first off the board.

Have had Fleener as the First TE off the board since the beginning and see no reason to change that still.
In other news, McCants only did a few drills.
40: 5.45
Shuttle: 4.76
Combine numbers:
40: 5.52
Bench: 17 reps.
Some considered him a 3rd rounder. I've got him in the 5th round range.

Orson Charles is a guy I haven't incorporated into my rankings, but I'd be surprised if he cracked my top 100. Most of his success is just running a fly or deep post, I haven't seen him work much underneath. I doubted he had the straight line speed to be coveted at the NFL level, he has kind of an awkward lumbering run. Not a very smooth runner. But he does show some great body control with adjusting to the ball in the air.
I just don't think there is much value in a 6'2 TE unless they are a truly exceptional reciever or downhill threat, which I don't think Orson is either.

Me too, but I had it close between him and Dwayne Allen. After Allen's performance in the Combine, it doesn't even look that close anymore.
