One of my favorite small school players in the draft. He always stood out to me whenever I watched him in games against Boise State. Had a great week at the Senior Bowl and looks to be climbing up draft boards. Ray Lewis is said to be returning again next year, but the Ravens need to think about the future. If they resign free agent McClain next to Lewis in the middle, Wagner will probably serve as a nickle-LB in his first year, but has the looks of a starting caliber player at the next level.
