Cohn's got a major man-crush on Harbaugh....but I also think he recognizes that things are more organized, being done more systematically and more logically than at anytime in recent memory. In the past deciphering draft moves by the 49ers was like trying to read hieroglyphics but you don't have to look too hard to understand the logic of what was being done and why it was being done. I love it!

It's what I've been saying all along, this draft is a huge home-run for Harbaugh's first coaching year. It's been running like an old Bill Walsh draft from the early 80's (projects, great players who lost stock due to college-injury); we're drafting 'system' players which only our assistant coaches (including Harbaugh himself) can accurately develop/work into the scheme with.
This fan-base is so used to being piss-poor-organized (by Donahue/Scotty-Mac) that we only expect the BPA/value-picks to roll in (other than the picks which best strengthen the scheme).

I found his columns humorous during the dark days of the Singletary era.
Either he's been put on payroll or been ordered to tone down the criticism.

Some of their picks are projects but you feel this coaching group can coach up a project.
