SFs 7th overall pick (swapped 1st round with SF)
SF gets:
Carson Palmer from Cincy
Philly's 23rd overall pick (swapped 1st rounder with Philly)
Cincy's 3rd round (2nd pick)

Isn't their a lawsuit by certain players, that will affect the lockout and players signing that is happening in the first week of april? If the players win and the NFL's appeal is heard b-4 the draft and fails. This might actually also effect trading.
However, in regards to the question, no no no-
I would like Kolb to go to Seattle though, so that they won't use their 1st pick to pick Ponder or Kaep-whoever it is the niners are interested in.
