I like all the picks except this one:

He's only had 28 receptions and 208 receiving yards in ~3 seasons and that kinda troubles me. Any thoughts?

I actually think the 49ers -- unless there is freakish value present -- will neglect the safety position in this year's draft. I think we will stand pat until the very end of the draft at the earliest before selecting a safety.

We obviously want Spillman back, evidenced by tendering him a contract, and Reggie, Taylor, and Goldson all will be here next season. If anything, we'll draft a CB/S tweener like Stanford's Richard Sherman later on in the draft.

I can't see them taking Keo in the 4th. That would be a heck of a reach. If they did select him, it would probably be in the 6th. He's a strong guy, but running in the mid 4.7's will turn some teams off with this league ever-increasing in speed.

It's a doozy to do something like this. I deliberated with myself over whether or not I wanted to do a full 7 rounds. At this time, I don't know I have the energy to do it. But I'm about half-way done with a positional draft board -- my BPA at each position -- that could be posted up for everyone's reference at draft time.

One of the most realistic first two rounds i have seen. If i did a mock our first 2 rounds would be almost exactly alike. I dont think we take colin at qb in the third but who knows after ponder is gone by cinn in the second which i think will happen as well. Great job

I actually just saw this before your post and I was like man he just stole that draft, however now that it seems like you are Jason thats pretty cool you got your own website!! I just thought it was weird I saw that draft w/ Keo in the 4th rd. then I saw this post w/ him in the same spot and I was like... whoa am I missing something here?? I know Deion was gushing over him but I think he's a project. Personally, I think 6th rd.

Much as I like Peterson, I'm not sure Baalke would pass on Miller...Fangio really wants an elite pass rusher and there are none better than VM. They could still get a good CB in rd 2. But, I see your point...get the elite CB in rd 1, then still get Reed in rd 2. Overall, I like your mock a lot...am I correct in assuming the remaining picks would be DL, OL, LB?
