What time will Niners pick?

I've been trying to figure out how this new primetime first round will work and am lost. It is my understanding that each team has 15 minutes on the clock, of which teams generally milk every second. That being said, we would pick around 7:30. ESPN and NFL Network show the draft from 4:30 to 8:00. Will we even get to see the 17th pick?
