Michael Lombardi, of NFL Network, reports the San Francisco 49ers could move up in the NFL Draft to select Notre Dame QB Jimmy Clausen. The 49ers have two picks in the first round in which they could deal.

Wouldn't mind this at all. We need a contingency plan. What has Alex done to keep us from drafting another QB? If Clausen is there at #13, I have no problem taking him. If we move up, I'd like to pick him as well...I'd love to keep both 1st rounders, though.

Now, if this happens....

Move up only for Okung at 5. BPA for next pick. There are a lot of better QB prospects coming out next year.

ugh, god, that would make me so f**king depressed.

I'd have no problem moving up for Okung or Berry, but not for Clausen. Give me a break.
