Round 1 picks

Trent Williams #13 & Brandon Graham #17.

that's #1 on my wishlist or Ryan Mathews at 17

I think one of Williams or Bulaga will be there at 13 and I'll take either
#13 has to be Williams if he's there. Stability at RT can't be passed up.

Then at #17 I'd be happy with E. Thomas, Iupati, Graham, D. Williams, K. Wilson . . . or if we got really lucky . . . Spiller.

Being you didn't put any parameters on how many first round picks, a trade with NE. at #22, and I'll take Wilson there.
Graham is mike mamula all over again.

I don't think Williams makes it to No. 13 anymore.

That's an awful comparison, are you kidding me?
Graham and Brooks would make a nice duo rushing off the edge. Manusky could really get creative with those two. We really need to draft an OLB that is a pass rush specialist. Of all the LBs on our roster, not a single one was a legit pass rusher in college. We draft conversion guys, not pass rushers. That's a mistake, IMO. To me, it's no surprise at all that Dumervil lit it up at OLB. He makes getting pressure on the QB look easy. Regardless of the scheme, he's always done that. Graham, IMO, is a pure pass rusher and would give us a threat at OLB.

I like Trent Williams at RT, but if someone reaches for him and sticks him at LT, I think it could be a disaster. Williams is a natural RT. Hopefully enough teams believe that also and he falls to us.

I agree, but
If there is a big run on OT and SEA goes O-Line at 6, i would take spiller on purpose cause they wont take 2 OL in the 1st, then we could hope he (williams if he is there) falls or get Lupati(SP?) at 17 or C. Brown dependin on their boards. We could even trade back from 17.... If the staff getss a killer offer from a team that doesnt need OL help

We pass on Spiller i believe they take him with their lack of RB's, then we are forced to game plan against him.

After them landin thier future QB i think SEA is tryin for OT and SPiller/biggest playmaker on O.

2. Lions: Trent Williams, OT, Oklahoma. While many believe the Lions will pick Russell Okung, we believe that based on film, Williams is the better player. If the concerns about his weight are not a deal breaker, then the Lions may surprise some by picking Williams ahead of Okung.

What if Clausen is there are 13. With the new management in place, they may want to pull the trigger on a new franchise qb. We could potentially do a Jets2009 run

Not to mention Graham never stops hustling and workign on the field. And another point about Graham is that by drafting him you don't have to worry bout resigning Manny. You have to draft for now and your future. With Manny, Willis, VD and Goldson all due up new contracts it would be great if we drafted young lesser paid talent that can fill Lawson's role b/c they can't pay everybody.

I'd love if Clausen to be there, so we could trade down and get another second. Our defense isn't on the lvl of the Jets. Not to mention our OL is crap comapred to the Jets.
Read on espn that Holmgren isn't high on Clausen
