I kind of feel bad for the kid. This act/these actions (not sure how many times it happened) was/were 7-8 years ago, and it something he has to live with every day of his life. I can't even image how much embarrassment he must carry with him.

It sounds like the kid is a pretty decent person, and I am hoping he can cope well with he onslaught of fans who are going to be merciless with him as he enters the NFL.

Well, after all this, after reading what this young man did as a very young man and seeing him compared to a murderer and a thug and all sorts of other stuff, some quite funny and others not so, and after seeing mayo's comments and regretting his pain:

I still don't see what this has to do with his career as a football player.
