With the departure of Wallace it looks like Seattle is definitely taking a QB with one of their first round picks.

Perhaps not. There are potentially other backup QBs out there. I don't think its any more or less likely than it was before dealing Wallace.

I think the point is that Seattle will most likely take Claussen/Bradford at #6 now. Or even have to trade up above the Redskins to secure one of the two.
This is better for us, because that is one more player taken in the top 10 at a position in which we weren't going to be looking to draft.

Marginal backup? He's just as good as any of our starters and probably one of the top tier backups in the league.
