This guy, RB Toby Gerhart, is not a senior and he is on the list.

In fact, he has not even declared for the draft!!!!

Wonder why he is on the list.

He said on SF chron live he's turning pro, and CSN sports central said he's interviewing agents. Everyone in NorCal knows he's turning pro.

Thanks for information. I am a long way from Northern California.

This Friday is the last day to declare--to make it official.

Why is Toby not a senior? He played in 4 seasons.

The thing was he COULD have applied for a medical red-shirt or whatever for his 2007 season when he sustained a knee injury.

But he never applied for that, and thus, he is a senior. He just had the option of aplying to the NCAA for another year of eligibility (it wouldn't be a guarantee they granted it). So its not about whether he announces, its whether he decided to apply for another year of eligibility. So he is draft eligible unless he declared otherwise.

I still think it's a joke that S. Spencer wasn't envited. He wound up being a second round pick and has started in the league for years.

Can anyone remember any other players that weren't envited that did well in the league?
