I'm assuming Dan Uggla is starting at second base over Martin Prado, right? I see there both listed at the same position.

I believe he is the left fielder, he just needs a certain amount of games to play outfield to qualify.

its not the site, it just wont qualify someone at a new position until theyve played the minimum amount of games there. if hes full time OF he'll be available to play there a couple weeks into the season.

You can try contacting someone on the help section if we dont have DL spots.

I looked into that. Everything I read said had to be done prior to the draft.
