Yes, you can trade draft picks as long as the trades are fair.
And I'm not sure when we're starting. We'll start when people want to start.

most dont understand that our collaborative we hold anually for football and basketball drafts take time (like more than a month here peeps)....and with a big ass roster like in baseball its gonna be longer...
