Boldin/Walter/Gates for Heap/Colston/Smith

So I'm mulling this trade:

I give:
Antonio Gates
Anquan Boldin
Kevin Walter

I get:
Marques Colston
Kevin Smith
Todd Heap

My team pre-trade:

QBS: Hasselbeck, Romo
RBS: M. Turner, A. Bradshaw, J. Norwood
WRS: Boldin, Walter, Burleson, A. Bryant, K. Washington, P. Garcon
TE: Gates, Celek
D: Saints, Jaguars
K: Carney


I definitely need some RB help, and Boldin and Walter have been inconsistent at best, but Colston hasn't been putting up regular numbers either. What do you think? I also have a guy who wants Gates for Rickey Williams.

I disagree on Colston vs Boldin. I'd rather have Boldin... too many weapons in NO for Brees to target makes Colston hit or miss.

Agreed on Smith vs Walter.

Agreed on Gates vs Heap and having Celek. However, is Kevin Smith really an upgrade at RB? I wouldn't lose out on Gates + Boldin for a guy like Smith.

There are also a ton of weapons on Arizona. Brees has not thrown very much the past two weeks, but Colston is going to get back on track and have a great season.

And yes, Kevin Smith is an upgrade at running back. He started slow this year but he had a huge second half last year and was terrific in the fantasy playoffs. He's going to have a good second half this year as well.

yeah, thanks crzy. I went ahead and made the big trade. Thanks for your input. I knew it was a fair deal that overall made my team better, but its always good to get a second opinion.
