IMO it all depends. If they keep Fred Jackson as the starter when Lynch comes back as reported after week 2. Then I think you lose on this trade. If Lynch comes back as the starter then you win.
To me this is just a Ryan Grant for Fred Jackson trade. But if you can predict the next Moss big game then he'll be an added bonus.
