Absolutely have to keep Jacobs.
You lose Jacobs? Your RB are Gore and a backup (Taylor, Bell)
You already have Ward (who will get better #'s due to a weak running game) and Evans (will get more balls his way due to double teams on TO)
Not to mention Eddie Royal on your bench.
Keep Jacobs.

PPR it's a no brainer to trade for Moss.
Non PPR it's closer but I'd still do it. Jacobs is a beast but Moss is fantasy gold when Brady is the guy throwing. (and not a bad option when he isn't) you can survive playing other backs for match up.
Make the trade. If it's PPR make it before the other guy sobers up. Jacobs is only an ok back in a PPR.

edit: although, if mike bell continues to get the bulk of carries with the saints, I'd highly consider the trade. bell has been very solid so far.
