Who is the better TE pickup?

I have a solid team in a 12 team standard league. However, my TE sucks and I need to make a change. Which suggestion do you like? Team: QB: Schaub, Orton RB C Johnson, Grant, T Jones, D Brown, McCoy, S Greene WR A Johnson, Marshall, Ginn Jr, S Moss, Avery TE Sheffler Options: 1) Dump Scheffler and pick up Brent Celek 2) Dump Scheffler and pick up Todd Heap 3) Trade Thomas Jones and Scheffler tor Dallas Clark and throw in

I would go with option 1. But damn 3 is tempting.

Just pick up Celek, he's playing solid especially when McNabb gets back.

First two options give you an instant upgrade at your week spot at TE without sacrificing your starters and bench.

I like your depth at RB, but if you trade Jones for Clark, you lose your second best back and with Grant not putting up great numbers so far this season, that might hurt you in the long run.

I'd go with option one.
