Alrighty fellas im in my championship game. My team is on the left. Im dropping Mike Williams for Nate Burleson for another WR option. Im also gonna drop A.Johnson as he doesn't look like he will play this week. Waddya think?

I'd say all RB's should be benched vs the Niners unless they catch a lot of passes, and even then, temper expectations.

It's clearly down to benching Lynch or Colston, and I'd bench Lynch.

this is my gut feeling as well. its just so hard to bench Lynch after the run hes been on the 2nd half of the season. But, ill kick myself repeatedly if I start him against a D that basically holds EVERY single rusher to about 65 yds or less and hasnt given up a rushing score in about a calendar year.

The only pro I can see to starting Lynch is that glass half full outlook of "if Lynch sucks, the Niners probably win, and if he goes off, at least he did so for my fantasy championship".

But yeah, in this case, its just too extreme of a bad matchup. im hoping Drew Brees makes it a moot point. the guy im facing has Big Ben, Beanie Wells, Michael Bush, Dwayne Bowe or (Darren Sproles) at flex, A.J. Green, Calvin Johnson, Aaron Hernandez, Ravens D, and Rackers. Big Ben and AJ Green are banged up, so im hoping itll hinder their play.

im running out Drew Brees, Adrian Peterson, Frank Gore, Marques Colston, Mike Wallace, Steve Smith, Jason Witten, Bengals D, David Akers. if he keeps Bowe in at flex, his team will be done except for Calvin Johnson after the early games Sat. then ill basically have Gore, Witten, Akers, Brees, and Colston to catch up.

I also just found Demaryious Thomas is on waivers. I'm picking him up, if nothing else to block my opponent, but now I have a 3rd option at the WR slot.

I would go McGahee and Moss. Spiller had a huge game, but you cant trust him at all. McGahee is more solid and safe, which is what you need in the playoffs. youll lose out on Spiller putting up a 28 pt game again, but the chances he scores you 3 pts are about as good. McGahee will get you a good 10+.

Moss is at home, and faces a horrible MIN pass defense. Jax actually has a very good D, and Washington just isnt as good as Moss. those would be my calls.

Alright guys, need your advice on setting my lineup for my championship game. 1 pt per 5 carries or 1 pt per 5 receptions, bonus pt for 50 yrd+ plays, bonus 2 pts for 100+ rushing/recieving game. My lineup:

For defense scoring its 1 pt per sack, 6 for a TD, 2 for a turnover, negative points if 22 or more is scored against (and positive points for under 22 scored).

-Lynch I don't think I should start against SF, just too little chance of a TD and its by far the top rushing D
-Sproles put up like 1 pt against Atl last time he faced them....
-Bowe, hasn't scored a TD in what seems like forever
-Washington, hmmm I might want to start him

I think Bush and Spiller are must starts. Same with Steve Smith and Antonio Brown (he has been really hot since he started, 6 pts for a return TD). Steven Jackson I'm worried about....

Lost my chamiponship game, 119 to 142....

Steve Smith gave me a whopping 2 points, and Antonio Brown put in 1 point I was on vacation, if I knew Pitt's QB was hurt I would have put in Bowe...but still not enough with Steve Smith disappointing.

Damn it sucks to lose a championship game, so close...

The champion of our league won with 3 top players, Brady, Foster and Rice (auction league). I really was surprised at the MONSTER year Rice put on, and I wasn't willing to put a lot of money down on Foster with his pre-season injury status....

Edit: And I had the Dallas kicker. Really??!?!?! The #2 kicker puts up ONE point. FML
