San Francisco 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan
provided an injury update on Wednesday. He is expecting three 49ers rookies to be available when the team hosts the Seattle Seahawks at Levi's Stadium on Sunday.
Tight end
George Kittle (ankle), wide receiver Trent Taylor (ribs), and defensive end Solomon Thomas (knee) were all inactive for the 49ers' win over the New York Giants on November 12.
"I hope [they can play]," Shanahan said. "I'm expecting them to. They were all pretty limited on Monday. They're going to be limited today. I could tell the week off really helped them. I don't think they would have been able to play last week, but they're practicing. They're still limited, but I'm hoping they'll go."
Taylor and running back Raheem Mostert were in blue no-contact jerseys during Wednesday's practice.
One rookie that did not participate in Wednesday's practice was Adrian Colbert, who suffered a broken thumb against the Giants. Shanahan is not as optimistic about Colbert's chances of playing on Sunday.
"Very small chance," Shanahan said. "We haven't ruled him out yet. We'll see. He'd have to practice a little bit this week, but I'm not feeling too optimistic about that."
Below are the official Wednesday practice participation reports for both the 49ers and Seahawks, as provided by the 49ers Communications department.
