On Sunday, ProFootballTalk.com reported Staley would be available before the Nov. 1 deadline and the 49ers were hoping to receive a first-round pick for the five-time Pro Bowl selection. Kelly dismissed it as standard "speculation" because the 49ers are 1-6 and Staley, 32, is an accomplished veteran with trade value. Kelly said LB Aaron Lynch and CB Rashard Robinson are the only players who were injured in Sunday's 34-17 loss to Tampa Bay who could miss playing time after the bye week. DT Arik Armstead exited in the third quarter after aggravating the shoulder injury he sustained early in training camp.
