The 49ers downgraded wide receiver Christian Kirk from questionable to out, confirming he will not play in Monday Night Football.

The team opened Kirk's 21-day return-to-practice window last week.

He began the season on injured reserve with a calf injury.

The 49ers also announced the elevations of linebacker Jalen Graham and wide receiver Malik Turner for tonight's game against the Commanders.

Graham has played 15 career games, but none this season. He has played 220 special teams snaps and 38 on defense in his career. He is expected to fill in for Garret Wallow (hamstring) on special teams.

Wide receiver Deebo Samuel (hamstring) is ruled out, so Turner was activated for depth purposes. Turner has played one game this season, seeing action on 17 special teams snaps against the Broncos.
