What 2026 NFL Draft pick Ephesians Prysock adds to 49ers’ secondary depth

The 49ers’ top three cornerbacks are set.After that, it is anybody’s guess.The 49ers added a pair of veterans during the NFL free agency signing period, but their offseason work was not completed.The 49ers on Saturday selected cornerback Ephesians Prysock of Washington in the fourth round with the No. 139 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.Prysock (6-foot-3, 196 pounds) has an exceptional combination of height and speed. He ran the 40-yard dash in 4.45 seconds at the NFL Scouting Combine. He has 33-inch arms and a vertical jump of 39 inches.Prysock started all 39 games in which he appeared over his final three seasons of college football. He played two years at Arizona before transferring to Washington for his final two seasons. As a senior, he registered 48 tackles with one interception and eight passes defensed.Deommodore Lenoir and Renardo Green appear entrenched as the 49ers’ starting cornerbacks.
