A week after signing two linemen to assist their injury ravaged defensive front, the 49ers have agreed to terms with 2013 first-round pick Datone Jones, the NFL Network reported. Jones, a defensive end who was No. 26 pick of the Packers in 2013, spent his first four seasons in Green Bay. He was released by the Vikings on Sept. 8. Last week, he was released by the Lions after spending one week with the team. Jones has 54 tackles, nine sacks and an interception in his nine-start career. Last week, the 49ers signed defensive linemen Tony McDaniel and Leger Douzable and they both played extensively in a 40-10 loss to the Cowboys on Sunday.
