Former 49ers Tom Rathman and Justin Smith have been tapped to announce the franchise's second- and third-round selections Friday in the NFL draft. Rathman is also this year's inductee into the Edward J. DeBartolo Sr. 49ers Hall of Fame, as will be discussed during a press conference Wednesday morning.
