I’ve been reading up on design ops and noticed that most discussions focus on tools or processes, but not so much on the smaller things that actually shape day-to-day work. Sometimes it feels like the biggest impact comes from simple habits — better communication, clearer ownership, or improving feedback loops.
I’m curious: in your experience, what’s the one part of Design Ops that teams tend to overlook, even though it makes a huge difference once it’s fixed?
Would love to hear real examples or lessons learned!
