Man where do I start. As a Penn fan, I gotta say that I'm a little disappointed in his coaching so far. IMO, it looks like hes not taking it very seriously, only when it comes down to the fight. Than when its fight day, his fighters aren't listening to him in the Octagon. Right now Team Pulver is up 4-0, Team Penn really has to get there sh*t together. I really think Nate Diaz will win this thing, thats my pick. Anybody see that guy talking s**t tonight how he fought 5 guys and knocked them all out?? F**K'N BS!!!!

I saw your boy Spong last night Kolohe. Impressive but of course I had no idea who he was fighting. But I understand he's transitioning from sport to sport so you can't rush it. Co-main event was pretty good too and damn bloody. It was a Jose Aldo kick em down low night of fights. Also, I missed this matchup but here it is on Youtube:

Spong is actually MY boy!!! lol

the performance was a bit meh, tho. the leg kicks were painful to watch, but that was expected. I wanted to see a little bit more of his MMA game, but I can see why they'd stick to what his strengths are. he was bigger and stronger than DeAnda, but that dude showed a lot of grit and toughness.

Doh lol. Sorry. I'll be watching this guy more closely. Man...those leg kicks -- lightning quick and automatic. I love the kickboxers. Crocop was my favorite and drew me into watching MMA. That'd be kick ass if these two fought in a K1 matchup exhibition or something.

so i think the Fox Sports 1 channel launched on xfinity, but it doesn't show any UFC events this saturday.

Belfort vs. Machida in the works.

Also, after a lot of legal issues, Eddie Alvarez will have to wait before he can fight in the Octagon and will have to stay with Bellator. He's fighting Michael Chandler in November.

Uriah Hall needs to impress.

What Uriah Hall NEEDS to do is work on his ground game I see no transitions, sweeps or submission defense in his game. Remember when Rhonda Rousey rolled with him absolutely no transition what so ever, dude needs to move his hips more. Uriah is lucky Dana White set him up with John Howard who also likes to strike.

he needs to get over himself and just fight. he's a fantastic striker. he needs to just let it go and not let the bright lights affect him or play too nervous.

Uriah Hall getting a Main Card fight before Gastelum...........

yeah its replacing the speed channel on my service. every night they've been running this 30 min show giving a glimpse of all of the in studio hosts they've hired of whatever. speed will be fs1 on saturday

i keep reading that, too, but i don't remember having the speed channel. i see an FSO channel that shows fox sports, but i don't think that's it. so far, the only channel that's planned to show it is FOX Deportes, and it won't even be the full show.

wow, vitor is a little b***h. dude was talkin s**t about Machida and the Black House crew when he didn't accept a title shot against Bones Jones. Dana White finally offers him a fight against Machida at 185 and Vitor rejected the offer. fight is now offered to Nick Diaz.

And WTF is up with (Vitor C'mon man!!!), he should've jump at the chance to fight Machida. I wonder if it had something to do with money or he wanted a shot at Weidman instead??

. I just inquired about him I'm not that big of a Kickboxing fan that was back when I was 15 lol. But if Spong can put it all together he could be very dangerous.
