No love for King Mo Lawal? I've never heard of this guy until this past weekend.

One of the best superman punches in MMA I've ever seen against a beefed up Travis Wiuff.



What makes him so dangerous on top of all his other skills is his takedown ability (well he's a former wrestler who tried out for the Beijing Olympics). It's on the level of GSP and he quickly follows up with GNP.

He's fighting with M1 Global now with Fedor and Mousasi (well he did this past Friday could have just been a one time thing). The video was from Sengoku in Japan (I think they're part of Dream). There's a highlight reel I posted a few pages back but that youtube video has been freezing up all weekend.

He definitely has all the physical tools to be dominant. I hear he and Rampage keep jawing at each other.

I've never seen him take a hard punch and I've never seen him on his back defending himself so those are probably the biggest questions.

yeah thers a youtube video of him and rampage where rampages jus clowns on him for like 15 minutes in front of booby lashley after they do a signing at a wal mart

hell hook tears up your heel/ankle. leg lock, not sure and knee bar flexes your knee in the opposite direction it's supposed to.

BTW, I had NO idea Nog was only 33 . Dudes had a rough life! He could pass for nearing 50.

GSP and Thiago Alves, IMO, have two of the best Superman punches in the game.

Form wise of course. I was just admiring the power behind that punch...I mean it stunned 250+ lb Travis enough for Mo to sweep him off his feet and GNP him to victory.

Most guys, even experienced UFC fighters, would probably try to finish Travis standing up if he was stunned like that. Mo has that takedown mentality and uses it with deadly results.
