Diaz won the fight. The stats don't lie. If this was a 6 or 7 round fight Gregor would be in the grave baby.

The stats indicate 3 rounds to 2 for Conor easily, I don't understand how you see it any other way. McGregor knocked him down 3 times to 0. You're probably right regarding that if the fight was longer Diaz wouldve won, but that's a hypothetical, The fight is only 5 rounds, and Conor won 3.

Rd 1: 10-8 conor
Rd 2: 10-8 conor
Rd 3: 10-8 diaz
Rd 4: 10-9 conor
Rd 5: 10-9 diaz

After rewatching the fight last night that's how I scored it.

Diaz fans could argue, "well if the fight was longer conor wouldve lost" or "if it was a fight to the death nate wouldve won" and all this bs... but the reality is no one knows, because if this was a real fight and conor knocked nate down 3 times, he wouldve just stomped his face in with his feet (pride style) instead of avoiding jumping in his guard.

Good fights + College ball + NFL on Sunday and Monday....great weekend.
