Lol. That shot perfectly encapsulates the kings last two games against the twolves. They just make everything.
I'm surprised they're not higher up in the standings. That team is talented. Naz Reid impresses me every time. Not sure why that guy doesn't play more minutes.

The team has never tried to tank anyways.

CBA seemed to have two things in mind
1) Let us smoke weed and 2) limit the success of certain teams (i.e. Warriors)
Teams that don't spend now, choose not to. They will still choose not to going forward, even if there are smaller deals. The CBA should have rewarded teams that draft and retain their talent.
CJ and Crew couldn't beat the warriors on the court, so had to limit us off the court.

Honestly feel this will end up helping the owners who are willing to spend 200m on the roster. Instead of having to pay mid level exception for certain players - now they'll get the same players on minimum deals.
These are the rules cheap owners bring in and they always backfire on them bc cheap owners can't put together a great team and players looking for 1 year deals want to play on a team where they can showcase their talents in the playoffs or are rung chasing.
Don't think CBA needs to reward teams that draft well or draft high. Draft is 1 avenue to improve team - just like FA and trades. Teams that pick high already got the reward for sucking badly - no need to reward them again.

Heard Luka say that they are losing bc of defense. No s**t. Take some responsibility and play some defense, youre the leader of the team. All the great players that were champioship winners were also studs on defense or at least played well enough, especially while in their prime.

I don't think Brunson's numbers improve much, if at all, if he's playing next to Luka this year. Luka has to be the dominant ball handler to be effective.

Could you imagine how good him and Jokic would be if they actually got in shape and tried on defense? Will probably never happen but I agree. He's lazy as hell on defense and adding another lazy defender wasn't gonna make them a super team. Cuban is an idiot for approving that trade.
