hey guys, i am making a pool for a project. the question is, do sports fans (NFL fans) regularly do sports themselves? If so, what kind of sport do you do? gym ? or team sports ?

People usually watch the sports they play/played.

Grade school little league played a lot of baseball. Baseball was my favorite sport to watch back then.
Middle school / HS I was a full grown man so I played football. Football is my favorite sport to watch.
College I went to didn't have sports teams. Just a gym. Played a lot of basketball. Back to Back YMCA Intramural champs '96 '97! Watched a lot of basketball back then.
NBA is fake now. Don't watch. Just watch March Madness.
MLB just passes the time until football season.
NFL and College football is king.

Late 30s guy here.....
Last football game we played with the homies was a $10k tackle that ended the "league."
It was a basic shoe tackle , followed by 3 loud pops, agony, and 2 medical bills for $5k each to our buddy. 😆
Bball too. Almost rolled my ankle off a basic jumper.I was like,"…nope."
Sore for a few days after..getting old sucks.

I think most male fans played while younger and just got old. Female fans probably because their fam or hubby

Played team sports growing up. League or school affiliated sports were were baseball, soccer, tennis and cross country. But I did live playing pick up games of football and basketball up into my twenties.
