Lebron soo good, helping his teammates get paid just like back in Cleveland. A true leader and professional.

LAKERS WIN!
Another Lakers win against the Jazz. Luka with 45 and Lebron with 28, but man that defense needs to improve.
Lakers giving up leads is so annoying...

I know you are kidding, but Reaves took substantially less in his last contract with the Lakers than he should have. In 2021, Duncan Robinson signed a 5 year, $90m contract. That was coming off of a 13ppg season. Then two years later, when contracts have done nothing but go up, Reaves signs a 4 year $54m contract to stay with the Lakers coming off of a similar 13ppg season.

That isnt getting his teammates paid. That is being in his ear and encouraging him to take a below market rate deal so his team can afford to bring him back to the team.

Austin signed for the max Lakers could have offered

I am aware of that. Underlined and bolded what I said about it.
Why does it bother you guys so much what the Lakers are doing?

It certainly doesn't bother me that they can't play defense.

But you said he took substantially less than he should have on the last contract. He took the absolute maximum that the lakers could have offered him.
