What's the problem here? CDC recently update their recommendations that fully vaccinated ppl can be around other fully vaccinated ppl (indoors or outdoors).

True but it's also hardly much of a violation. 11000 fans will attend Suns game indoors. Dumb and hypocritical to suspend any fully vaccinated player who attended a brief vaccinated event outdoors.
