No he doesn't. He was a borderline all-star pitcher this year. He's just not a 9th inning guy. He's proven that. He belongs in the 7th or 8th.

Kind of ironic that Kapler likes to sub players so often yet he left Rogers in after 7 straight balls.
But doesn't every pitcher have to face a minimum of 3 batters, or is that only when a pitcher comes into an existing inning?
