I didn't turn the game on until the 6th inning. I said there was no way they can make that one run lead hold up. If they keep this up we won't have to be concerned about June swoon.

I hope he gets to play every day and they give him a decent chance. He's still striking out at a high rate in AAA so I expect to see that continue or get worse in the majors.
I wonder where he plays? DH I suspect but who is the odd man out? I doubt they bench Devers with the money they're paying him. Schmitt is one of the few players that's hitting so I hate to see him on the bench.

Nice game overall, looks like walker has been demoted to the 7th inning
no opinion on kilian yet but he has better out pitches vs lefties for sure.
Devers seems to be slowly coming out of his funk and schmitt probably plays a lot at third/short for the foreseeable future
