Its amazing how they find ways to lose



Reminds me of the natural, theres a curse and they need a bunch of slump busters

Didnt watch. Disgusted regardless.

I had watched baseball since 1962. I had seen bad teams, unlucky teams, talentless teams, you name it. I had never seen supposedly decent to good team performing so incompetently. They are 100 times worse than the bad team or what they should have been, because when you know you have the bad team at the beginning of the season you are not expecting anything. Their play the last 2+ months is as if they are maliciously scripting the most hellish scenario for every game and purposely follow that script, touching the depth of incompetence in EVERYTHING that can be touched in the game of baseball. Actually, you couldn't script that nightmare if your life depended on it. I had never before seen such abomination and malice on the Giants team. This stuff is beyond the legends, and it must be absolutely the voodoo curse of the highest degree placed on the Giants in June and the only explanation without any doubt. Find out if Boston has a demon on their payroll they've set with Devers to guide the Giants team. That nonsense can be totally equated to Giants play.

I've been watching the LL World Series and those games are far more entertaining. The kids play for the love of the game and it shows. They're making better more consistent plays than the Giants. Better fundamentals. The Giants players should be watching if they aren't already. Maybe they'll remember why they started playing ball in the first place. Go back to playing for enjoyment.

They need to fire Melvin, hire Bochy to reset the culture, and use those last few years of his career to find a good replacement.

Nice thought but Bochy is alreasdy 70. He may not want to coach beyond this season.

This made me curious, Pete Carrol at 73 almost 74 is oldest head coach in NFL history. Connie Mack was the oldest in MLB(87) holy s**t.

Jimmie Reese was a "honorary" manager at 92

Right, but its not like he's not capable. Dusty and TLR went until 74 and 77. Bochy can be a culture reset for a couple years and then we can transition to someone else. Its not like he would get any worse results than Melvin is.
