Randy getting his save opportunity first night after they lost all those games in a row is crazy. He was amped and nervous. Understandable. But for those that complained about Doval making it adventurous every save, last night sure was spicy.
Lucchesi hosed Ray last night. Robbie was lights out again. Butto and Walker are going to have to have to be really good if the giants still want to do something this year.
lol at those who wanted to trade Ray.

Rodriguez getting that save last night was big for him & the team. You could say he got four outs because it sure looked like Alonso went around.
Add in Erik Miller with Butto & Walker as he's supposedly getting closer to returning. Those guys need to step up & be productive as you mentioned.

The test for Rodriguez will be if he's able to pitch successfully 2 days in a row. Maybe they use him one day and Walker the next.

Nice to get a win but the first 4 hitters in the lineup didn't do anything. At one point they were a combined 1-13 with a couple of walks. Devers with 4 straight SOs until he finally got a base hit.

Pretty awful considering that's 90% of the payroll right there with those hitters.

I know those guys are providing most of the power but they they have to do a better job of getting on base. Unfortunately Devers, Adames and Chapman all have a history of striking out a lot.

It's a systematic problem with this team. I won't be surprised if Buster fires his friend Pat at the end of the season.

It's confusing our pitcher.

Just end the whole City Connect jersey theme. They're pretty much all horrible. It's just Marketing overkill - maybe some people are buying them.
They come back with a run after the three-run jack by Alonso. Yet bases loaded with no outs and you hope they can get more than just one though.

Damn, Smith! Nice! Given this offense a shot in the arm these last couple games.
