1-5 against two of the worst teams in the league is embarrassing.

Hella embarrassing , like it just shows you we have guys starting who have no business starting like Lee and Bailey and donavin and wiseman, like the hitting coach ain't helping either

Melvin also putting Walker(who needs a reset in Sac) over Rodriguez(not available?) was certainly a decision. Might as well have kept Miller in.

This team is dead meat. The current winning record is as fool's gold as it can possibly be. Once they start playing teams even remotely better than Marlins or White Sox, that record is going to plumet like a rock below .500 Several things need to happen before I will even consider watching or even listening to the games, let alone go to the park.
1. The entire coaching staff less possibly pitching coach has to go, starting with Melvin ASAP.
2. I am pretty much convinced they need not one but at least 2 top of the line, premier, 5 tool hitters to replace 1B and 2B. Then maybe they can afford to keep Bailey to handle pitching staff, and it can possibly liven up the bats of the current dead weight of Lee, Adames and Devers. Along with Chapman and Ramos those 3 are here to stay for a while, as they are not remotely tradable right now (except Ramos but who wants to trade him). Flores, Yaz and Schmitt are really fill ins / bench guys because of how maddeningly inconsistent they are, going through hot and cold stretches multiple times throughout the season. Wisely should not see the clubhouse, let alone the field ever again.
3. Relief pitching is in shambles and does not need an explanation.
4. I would suggest one other option in the offseason. Change dimensions of the ballpark to attract the hitters and hope your excellent starting pitching will hold up close to what it is now. This ballpark is cursed and so is this team with it.

Kapler legit did more with less talent than Melvin.
melvin needs to go, gotta shake it up

Melvin sucks
Listening to Melvin postgame and he sounds like he has no idea how to fix the team other than saying "they're going to figure it out".

Verlander sounds like he wants to be traded lol.
I got into an argument with a coworker before the Marlins series. He claimed the Giants should win 5 games or possibly 6 against the Marlins/White Sox.

I told him we would win 3 games. 1 against the Marlins and 2 against the White Sox.

Who would have thought that I would guess triple the amount of wins than what we got?

Pathetic.

Tomorrow's conversation should be fun.
