This weekend the giants play the Rangers. We get to watch a great manager in Bruce Bochy. Wish we had a manager like Bruce Bochy. Those guys are lucky.

Firing Kapler and keeping farhan was dumb

Firing Kapler was smart. He's was the dumbest manager in all of baseball.

Doing one without the other was dumb

Probably. But sometimes in life you have to take the small wins and roll with it. It all works itself out in the end.

Honestly, as much I hated Kapler, its not a stretch to say that Melvin has been worse.

b******t.

He isn't worse. it's exactly the same. They had the same record with the same stats as last year.

b******t. Stats dont mean s**t. Its not the same players. And the injuries this year are out of this world.

That's a convenient take for you. But it's not based in reality... (from early may)

Giants Record through 62 in 2023 - 32-30
Giants Record through 62 in 2024 - 29-33
I get the hate for Farhan, but he did have a very solid offseason for us. It just hasn't panned out

lmao

He didn't even make baseball decisions other than moving the lineup every single day. He based everything off matchups and data. RH pitcher means a LH hitter hits. That isnt working with what you got.

its not the same people. Can you imagine Kapler managing this years team? He could never get anything out of Matos, Ramos, Wisely, or Luciano. They looked like busts under Kapler the whole time. And he had Flores putting up clutch numbers last year.

It doesn't matter that if its the same people! It's the same results! (or worse!)

You can't tell me last years roster was more talented than this years. That's not a ringing endorsement for Melvin.
