He was for sure, but it was a lot bc of his highlight reel. He was always a below average defender and rebounder as a PF, why his teams never went anywhere even though he had CP3 and a solid squad.

Ya he was definitely a highlight reel guy who put up some points, but that was about it. But he was on TV a lot. I honestly can't even remember the last time i saw a Griffin highlight.

They're both bench players - what more could we have gotten for them?

Wtf are you talking about? Burks is averaging 16 ppg. He's back to being the AB that played in Utah. The league is all about scoring so the fact that they couldn't get a late first rounder for him is surprising.

Wtf are you talking about? Burks is averaging 16 ppg. He's back to being the AB that played in Utah. The league is all about scoring so the fact that they couldn't get a late first rounder for him is surprising.

He'll score off the bench for them - same for Robinson. I'm sure they'll be on their second unit.

Guaranteed but what I'm saying is he's proven his value so a late 1st from a contender would be a consideration you would think. Worse players have gotten teams more in return. It's just a curious trade.

I agree. Burks is having a damn good season. Warriors FO is one of the best - surprised they didn't get more

I agree. Burks is having a damn good season. Warriors FO is one of the best - surprised they didn't get more

I don't care if Burks was averaging 30+ a game - they weren't going to get a first round pick from Philly.
